App not being listed in the Freshdesk marketplace

Hi Team,

I’m able to view the app " Salesforce Real-Time Sync (Beta)" in the Freshdesk account app gallery. However, the app is not listed in the Freshdesk marketplace webpage further, even the search doesn’t list the app in the website.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi Sharon,

I am not from the Marketplace team but my experience was that it took about a day from the app appearing Freshdesk app gallery to it appearing on the public marketplace. I am guessing there is some sync process that runs on a schedule. It did appear though so if not there in 24 hours from when it was approved check with the marketplace team. They are great and will sort it for you.
