Automatically fill in the ticket creation date to a custom field after ticket creation/update

Hi all!
I have a question about freshdesk omnichannel

I have a custom field named “ticket creation date” which is a date. I created it because I need the ticket creation date to be editable for analytics reasons.
I need this custom field to be automatically filled with the freshdesk creation date.

How can I do so?
