Bold subject lines in ticket view?

Over night, some of the subject lines in our ticket view are bold. They don’t seem to match ticket status, SLA status, communication (latest response by agent vs requester) or anything else I can identify. I don’t see any info in the release notes for February, and the FS support team doesn’t know either.

Any ideas? And any idea why the support teams don’t even know about these feature rollouts?
