Bot triggering multiple times

We are planning to launch a bot for one of our WhatsApp API numbers. For that, we have arranged everything. But we need a few changes in bot triggering actions.

Our requirement is we need to trigger a bot for a user only once. Even after resolving the conversation if user reaches out again the bot shouldn’t trigger this is our requirement.

Can anyone help me with this?
