Hi, just wanted to report a bug for the current Freshdesk version here.
When installing a contact page app in a new Freshdesk environment the app does not show, even after refreshing the window. However when updating the app with the exact same app-file the app does show on the contact pages.
It happens when we install a custom app. And only on the first time it is installed. After updating it with the same file everything is good. We have seen this with several apps.

I had tested it in one of my accounts and it is working perfectly, Can you please share with me your app zip to debug what is wrong with that code?
