Calls to be placed in a waiting queue

Hi Team,

Agents in freshcaller are not able to transfer to an agent when all agents of a team are busy with other callers.

I have a requirement: they would like these calls to be placed in a queue of the respective teams so that they can be picked when one of the agents from the group is available.

Can we keep a call in the queue through the custom app?
