Can you use the Interface method show notifications in an Event method

I have created a server-less app that creates tasks in Toggl Plan when a ticket is created. I would like to display a success notification in FreshDesk when the API call to Toggl Plan completes successfully. I don’t know if this is possible and I can’t find an example of the syntax to achieve this if it is.
