Im trying to implement a click 2 call with the call button in Contact module or a click in a phone number. But when this events run, they only pop up the cti app. They don´t send any event to the client events handler.
There´s no information about this in the freshworks CRM’s documentation. So i think it should be the same as in the freshdesk apps.(Events Methods)

The event name varies from Freshdesk to Freshworks CRM. Instead of “cti.triggerDialer” event name, “calling” is used for the click-to-call event for Freshworks CRM.
