Closed tickets

Would like to “lock down” a ticket that has the status closed. So I made an app that disables the reply and note button and some other fields. That part works!

Problem is that the keyboardshortcuts “r” and “n” also still work.
Is there a way to disables these shortcuts? (with out turn them off on all tickets)

it is not possible to turn off the shortcuts for selective tickets (closed tickets)

Understood that after reading the documentation, One could wonder why I can disable the Reply and Add Note button. If the shortcuts still work. Made a work around, the buttons are disabled. And I do intercept the ticket.reply and send the agent to ticket with ID1 that does not exist.
