I’m building out our own ticket merger and I need to be able to copy or move attachments from one ticket to another ticket.
I have everything else built out already - I can copy the subject and description of the ticket “merged” ticket and add it to the “target” ticket. But I don’t see a way to copy/move the attachments of “merged” ticket to “target” ticket.
Is there a way to do that? I do see that Freshdesk’s own merge API is able to do that.
