Custom APP not showing the log and few minutes stopped working in live production

Hi,
The Custom APP developed in Freshdesk is not showing logs sometimes and is stopped working in midway. I have put the log inside the onTicketCreate event for getting the recent ticket ID. But we have not able to see few ticket IDs.

The APP which is working when we have gone through testing in our production environment.

If it’s occurring in a customer environment, please raise a support ticket to Freshdesk (support@freshdesk.com) with the app source code for the Serverless event handler, output logs, timestamp of events generated, and the expected logs that are missing in the logs output.

If it’s in your development account, please provide the same details in a Private Message here that I will create now.
