Custom section according to parameter

I am trying to create a section that contains a custom message based on the priority of a ticket.
I tried with ticket_top_navigation but it only supports file.svg and its result is like a button.
I would like something like:

I would like to know if it is possible or what alternatives do I have?

This is not possible with the current set of placeholders available on the Freshdesk marketplace @saenzjulian.

I will however pass on your feedback to the PM team, so that they can look into this.
