Hi, hoping to customise the Requester Portal to hide some of the options and / change the text.
Firstly I thought the Onboarding one was hidden when the option was disabled. I’ve found this section but not got any further.

You can completely customize your support portal within freshservice. Here is some documentation that talks about how to do this, and also offers some example themes to take a look at.
This one is focused on freshdesk but the same lessons regarding the Liquid Markup Language and its use can be applied to freshservice.
