Domain whitelising issue in a custom freshdesk app

I have created a custom app for freshdesk, which makes a third party API call. I have also whitelisted the URL on which API call will be done. When I am testing the app, it’s working fine.

But after packing and installing the app, when we are using it, it is showing following error in console -

This domain has not been whitelisted with status code 400

Can anyone please help for solving this?
