Hi Team,

In Freshdesk we have an interface method to set email CC parameter for reference: Interface Methods (freshdesk.com)

Do we have the same interface method in freshservice?

Good Day!
It is only supported in Freshdesk and It is not supported in Freshservice.
I will take this to the product team as a feature request.
