I am actually looking for an API to get all users of my freshchat account, that would be more helpful for me to build bulk SMS systems for my apps. Please implement this in your freshchat API systems i will love to use it.

When you say bulk sms, do you mean sending ad-hoc SMS (marketing campaigns etc.) to all contacts?
On the other hand, if you want to send SMS notifications to contacts, wouldn’t building a serverless app and listening to product events for Freshchat solve the use case? If you have tried that route and gotten stuck, can you share where you were stuck?
