Our team is discussing to build a new Freshdesk app: it would simplify building of end-user Portals, but we are facing a problem - there seems to be no way to hook into Portals settings via API, am I correct? If there is no Freshdesk API to programmatically interact with Portals settings are there any plans to introduce this feature?
