Freshdesk Serverless event response

Hi Team,

Numeric values are present in the custom fields on the response of Freshdesk Product Event API.
cf_unread_count_1153426.

Could anyone please confirm if it will be the same for all the domains or will it differ for each domain.

Example:

{
  cf_issue_category_1153426: null,
  cf_time_spent_by_the_agents_1153426: null,
  cf_timer_id_1153426: null,
  ...
}
