I was able to set the height for our CTI application we building using instance api within Freshdesk and that worked 100%.
But Im not able to do the same for Freshsales ? Any reason why? And is there an alternative way?

Resizing the widget is not available for Freshsales.
I will convert it as feedback and pass it to the Freshsales product team as a feature request.

Not sure how does the feature requests work with you tho, so does this still need to get approved? and if approved how long would this change take to be pushed live?
I have passed the feedback to the respective product team as this feature has to be supported by the respective product.
They will be taken up and published based on the efforts involved and priority. So, we do not have any ETA for the feature requests.
I will keep this thread updated when there’s any update on this feature request.
