Hi Team,

We have developed a marketplace app for Freshsales Suite. If we publish app in Freshsales suite will it available for the Freshsales users?

Please advise on this.

The short answer is “No”. (But read more…)

If you app is built for Freshsales Suite it may not appear for Freshsales users automatically.

However there is a way how you can build a single app that will run in both Freshsales Suite and Freshsales.

Omni apps.

Tip: As you follow the Freshsales documentation you will find notes at relavant places advising actions that will constitute Omni app.
