Freshservice Developer Documentation Update

Hello,

Just wanted to point out the need for an update to the documentation pertaining to serverless apps in freshservice. Looks like the “Request” package through NPM has been deprecated. Suggest removing it as an example from the documentation.

We will get this removed and add some other active NPM package.
