According to the Freshservice roadmap, the Workflow Automator should have got a new feature, that would allow inserting apps as actions.
However, I could not find any information about this in the Freshservice Apps SDK documentation.
Has this feature been added already or not yet? If yes, can I check out the documentation for this somewhere?
I Hope you are doing well! The official word from Freshservice is that the feature will be a priced Add-on and the goal is to get it out by Q2 this year.
