How do I name my FreshService app?

How do I set the name of my full-page app, so that it’s name instead of “FreshService” appears when an agent hovers over the icon on the left side? (I’m referring to the icon button that one would click to view the app.) Sorry for such a basic question. Surely it’s covered in the documentation, but I couldn’t find it anywhere.

you can name your app what ever you want,
you can do it when you publishing the app in developer portal, there is a field called app name / display name, and you can fill the name, and that will be displayed in the app’s location.
