How to use conditional operators in our webhooks for CX

Hi Guys,

  1. We would like to update a default field (Priority field) in Freshdesk using a comparison between a custom field & current time. Is this possible in our Webhooks?

  2. Scenario - Paytm has customers raising issues wrt Airplanes & Railways. For this category the departure time is an important field using which tickets needs to be sorted. However we dont have a capability in the product to handle this directly. We would like to know if this would be possible without developmental effort & just webhooks?
