I’m searching for a way to include our header and footer in individual support articles. On this moment we’ve setup the knowledge base in a iframe: Support - Avonic but when our support team sending articles to customers like: CM40 & CM70 series network setup guide : Support is it missing the header and footer.
Is there a way to include our knowledge base / articles directly on our website, in a way that the header and footer are always visible? I thought it could be done with a API connection but when the support team sending articles it is still without header and footer.
So far I’ve seen is the only solution to style the layout (access till header and footer) and make the knowledge base visible for users on the sub domain: support.avonic.com
