Include timestamp type data in custom fields

Hi team,

I see we can specify a Date type value in custom fields, but could not find a way to add a timestamp (to specify both date and time). Is there any way to do this? I would like to be able to do a range query on the timestamp field like with date type.

Hi @Rohini_Kulkarni,

There’s no custom field type available to set date and time. Only date type is available.

Also, the ticket filter API is supported only for some custom fields. Please find the list here.
