Incoming Manual Call Log in recent activity showing action type as "Outgoing Call" in Freshsales CRM

Steps Followed:

  1. Create inbound manual call log from API or Freshsales CRM.
  2. Go to Contact → In recent activity it is showing the action type as “Outgoing Call”

Please set the call direction boolean,


@Santhosh The boolean “call_direction” is already set to true for Incoming call, still the action type coming is “Outgoing call”
