Is there any way to send SMS to mobile using any freshworks product

Hi,

I need to send an SMS to the mobile number and is there any way to send SMS using any Freshworks product? Here the customer is using Freshdesk, Freshsales, and Freshchat.

Hi @soujanya,

There’s no platform provision to send out SMS to a mobile number.
However, any SMS provider (Such as Twilio) can be utilized in the Freshworks app to send out SMS from the application.

There is an App in Freshdesk named as Nexmo Messaging for Freshdesk(Nexmo Messaging for Freshdesk - Freshworks Marketplace). The user can send the SMS/Facebook messenger message/WhatsApp message to the configured Nexmo Number, a ticket will be created in Freshdesk. Also, while the agent reply to the ticket the user will get the message through the same channel that is used to create the ticket. Based on changes in ticket priority/status/agent assigned to the ticket the user will get the message through the specified channel.
