Issue with the customer satisfaction link

Hello Team,

I am trying to set customer satisfaction email once the ticket is closed, but if the ticket is closed, I am getting an email stating “ticket is closed” and the customer survey link is not present in it.

Can you please help me with this?

Could you please help with the following information that will help us narrow down and troubleshoot the issue?

  1. Is this an existing Freshservice module’s customization?
  2. Is there any other platform or external service involved?
  3. Could you attach a sample email received after closing a ticket? (Please remove any sensitive information)
