Need Help with Freshworks codelabs - Level 2 sample app (Building the first Freshworks App)

I’m following this tutorial to raise issues on GitHub directly through Freshdesk.

1. I followed the tutorial, but the app is not rendering create issue page as seen in the bottom of the article linked above

2. I even tried with another OAuth app through Github. But the local development isn’t asking for Authorization.
   I can’t really debug what could be the problem. I’m stuck on it for last 2 hours.
   Any suggestions.

Maybe you have not enabled the "load unsafe scripts " button which is at the right side of the URL bar on that page.!
