I am trying to show full window banner/lighbox to hide content of ticket details from user but i am not able to access full page DOM due to iframe of the app on ticket side bar of freshdesk.
Need help.

From what you are suggesting, you appear to be trying to create a custom banner/lightbox from the app. As you appear to have realized, since the app runs in an iframe, it will not have access to the parent page’s DOM to insert any components into the parent.
Could you please describe your use-case in a little more detail so we can help you accordingly with alternate approaches that are possible with our SDK?
