I am experiencing a bug that is not allowing my ‘new ticket’ bubble to show up. The only way to get my tickets to update is to refresh the Helpdesk. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Hi @Zach I am currently using Chrome with only Grammarly running. This is the same as all of my coworkers that are not experiencing the issue.
