Not able to add webhook in Freshchat

Hi Team,

I am trying to add an AWS API Gateway REST API as Webhook URL in the Freshchat

It fails with the following error

I looked at the network logs and there seems to be the following error

{“success”:false,“errorCode”:“UNSUPPORTED_URL_IN_FRESHCHAT”,“errorMessage”:“Unsupported URL”}

Not able to figure out what’s the issue
Appreciate any help with this

@anshal21 Could you share the sample format of the API used as a Webhook URL?

@anshal21 AWS, IP Only gateways are not support by Freshchat on the Webhook settings due to security constraints.
