Oauth 2.0 refresh_token problem

Hi team,

I hope all fine and doing well.

I am here to give a feedback according to the issue I am still facing in Freshdesk OAuth 2.0. I want to authorize my app Oauth (third-party applications) after that I get refresh_token, I use the Request Method to get refresh_token value in body parameter but unable to retrieve refresh_token, even though refresh token is mentioned in the documentation. It was notified that this functionality is not currently supported in Freshworks.

Hoping this will be addressed in the parent thread - In OAuth, access_token value can't pass in server.js file
