Does payload contain custom fields?
Please send sample payload object with custom fields?
update:
can’t find a post from onCompanyCreate to endpoint “freshdesk/company” on our API logs and it feels that event is not firing but it works on my local simulation
do we have console to see messages from our app?

The onCompanyCreate event payload does not include the custom fields.
As a workaround, you would have to make an API to View A Company API with the company ID for the company that has been created.
For your request for the custom fields, I will move this topic to Feedback and pass it to the relevant product team to consider it.
