Org-chart view of agents by agent group

Currently, the only way to view agents is as a list.

It would be useful to leverage FS’ knowledge and understanding of relationships that you show in diagramming Asset relationships, and apply that same diagramming expertise to people. With the right information, FS should be able to show an org chart of agents, their agent groups, their supervisors, and so forth, as long as it knows the reporting relationships.

Having a list of agents is one thing. Having a diagram of agents and their interrelationships, as well as that of the organization as a whole, is something else, and FS seems well-designed and -engineered enough to provide it. I hope to see this as a feature in your future!

I like this idea. It’s very likely that this use case can be solved by a fullpage app that fetches agents data from the Freshservice REST API, and builds and maintains the org chart.
