Hi folks,

Can we trigger pop up notification from serverless app to particular agent?

It is not possible to trigger the Pop up (interface API) directly via serverless app,
you are allowed to do only via frontend app,
there are different ways we can archive that eg: using SMI,
but can you please explain us more detail about your use case, so that we can give more accurate solution
