Hi Team, Just need to know is there any possible ways to monitor the status of the Change module as same as the Ticket status can be monitored by the onTicketUpdate product event for serverless in Freshservice.

As per the documentation there is no product event available for Change module however you might consider using workflow Automator to perform various actions based on your use case.
