Hi @Saif,

I’m trying to implement a click button which triggers href tag and opens up the contact profile page of particular. So, I would like to know what is the generalized route creation schema so that I can insert the contact_id to it (provided I get that from contact API) & open up profile page?
I’ve already published app on your Marketplace by the name - Smartflo for Freshdesk/Freshsales Suite.

Any help would highly be appreciated.
