In the customer’s Freshservice account, customer has created an automation.
Automation Scenario: The custom field (name: department) will be enabled while creating a ticket and will be disabled once the ticket is created.
But the main issue is, I am unable to get all the dropdown options from the “department” field as the choices array coming as an empty array.
I am using the latest ticket_form_fields API to get the ticket fields.
