Template Freshcaller app does not run as expected

Hi,

I created the Freshcaller template app using the fdk create command and ran it using the fdk run command. However, the Freshcaller icon is not displayed on the incoming call window with details about the currently logged in agent as expected. It only displays the usual incoming call window details.

I do see a notification that the app is running being displayed in Freshcaller but not the expected app action. Could you please let me know how this could be fixed?

Can someone from @devrels try running app from fdk create and see if this holds true?
