The backend events are not getting triggered

Hello Team,

I have created an integration APP and I am using a webhook in it for the Freshsales.

I can see that the post call is successful to the webhook URL, but I am not getting any trigger in the custom APP.

Can anyone please help here as this is the most critical issue and it is affecting the customer’s production account.

Were you able to confirm if the app and account are still active? Could you confirm that?

If it fails on a customer account, could you please create a support ticket by sending the details over an email to marketplace@freshworks.com?
