Hello Team,
I have created an integration APP and I am using a webhook in it for the Freshsales.
I can see that the post call is successful to the webhook URL, but I am not getting any trigger in the custom APP.
Can anyone please help here as this is the most critical issue and it is affecting the customer’s production account.

Hey @Akhil_Kulkarni ,
Were you able to confirm if the app and account are still active? Could you confirm that?
If it fails on a customer account, could you please create a support ticket by sending the details over an email to marketplace@freshworks.com ?
