Trigger (initiate) forward ticket from app button press

Hello!

I’ve been looking through the dev docs, but cannot find it. Is it possible to trigger a forwarding a ticket from withing an app?

Example:

[Peteris_Kuskis1 (Peteris Kuskis)]

OK I found this Open Reply and Insert Text : Interface Methods

So I could use this and insert text of the conversation, to simulate forward. Is this the only way?

you can forward the ticket by using this API.
