Unable to regenerate access token in freshchat

Hi Team,

I am having a requirement to create a incident in third party domain from freshchat platform. But most of the times i am facing issue in regenerating access token and logs are not generating completely.Could any one help me in this…

Can you share with us the app id to debug and understand the use case better? (How to obtain App ID from the Developer Portal?)

Can you try reauthorizing the app from gallery and check,
