Updating the freshdesk app from manual install page to oauth app

updating the freshdesk app from manual install page to oauth app - is that current customers its automatically stop the flow or do we have any option to support both the flows. what will happen if am moving oauth app to live

if you are changing the normal app to the Oauth app, customers won’t be affected until it is gets updated with the new version, and unfortunately, there is no way to support both flows in a single app,
if you move the Oauth app to live, if the customer is already installed the app, the app will show the update tag and until and unless customer migrating to the new version, the old version will work as like previously. but for the new customers who are going to install the app freshly, they will start seeing the Oauth app.
