How to integrate ViCiDial with Freshdesk as a CTI application?

We use ViCiDial as a telephony system for our contact centre agents and would like to integrate this with Freshdesk.

What, Where, How and who is the best way forward?

Are you looking for anyone else to build this integration for you? Or are you looking for ways to build this integration by yourself?

If latter, starting from the Quick Start guide from our App SDK documentation would be the right path.

We also have a sample application with Twilio as a telephony system. This can be referred to it for the complete solution and which platform methods and product API to use for the integration.
