Zammad intergration with Zabbix 5.0

Hello all,

I am trying to integrate Zabbix 5.0 NMS with Zammad software. During integration we are facing the error during Test (Webhook) .The error says " Sending Failed:Request failed with status code 404 "

Can anyone please help.

Can you please let us know what kind of app are you trying to build.

  1. Is it a custom app?
  2. Are you using External Events feature of the platform to generate the Webhook URL?
  3. From where are you sending an request to Webhook URL?
  4. Have you published the app as an custom app and testing it? Or app is running in the local via FDK ?
