When I try deleting a custom app from my developer portal it says “This app has been installed in your account. Please uninstall the app before deleting it.” When I got to my Fresdesk account’s setting and choose Apps, it says “These apps are currently available only in the old Freshdesk”
Is this a catch-22? It won’t let me delete it because it is installed but it won’t let me uninstall it. What can be done?
