Custom app location ticket_requester_info - how to move up

I am currently developing a simple button that will take our Agents into the customer detail in our software. This was easy. The best location I found is ticket_requester_info. The challenge I have is that we need the button as high as possible. Right now the Custom App is rendered after Timeline and it would be great to have it before.

Is there any option (did not found in docs) how to move the position up?

Unfortunately, the app cannot be moved to the top contact details menu!
