Hi all,
I see on the link:

FD supports IE11, but I know that IE11 isn’t still supported by Microsoft, whether the error due to IE11 can be resolved by FD?
Please help me.

Can you please let us know what kind of error which you are getting in IE11?
so that it would be easy for us to track that errors.
Meanwhile, I will check with the product team about the browser compatibility.

Ah, I just worry, currently, I don’t get any errors. But I need an update from the FD team for that.

The support article seems to mention
Freshdesk will no longer be supported on Internet Explorer 11 after Jan 31, 2022.
